Shopping Disappointment

Most wouldn't believe it, but I really do hate shopping. I find a lot of bargains at thrift stores and hate to pay full price. I do, however, have a weakness for shoes and handbags because they always fit no matter my size. I have  a wonderful handbag: Liz Claiborne, light turquoise, a thrifting find. I noticed that it starting to show a lot of wear and tear.

I went to the mall today--yucky. I walked and walked. I looked and looked. I couldn't find a single purse that called to me. I usually love Liz Claiborne's handbags, but the ones I looked at were terrible: boring, inelegant, and predictable. I sort of liked the purse photographed to the left, but the colours were dull and the purse felt cheap. Grrrr...

I also looked for shoes. I didn't try on a single pair. Not one single pair. I probably own close to 100 pairs of shoes. I LOVE shoes. A few friends have accused me of having a foot fetish.

I'm disappointed. I'm beginning to lose my faith in fashion. I'm so sad.

I love shopping, but hate trying on clothes. As to your shoes...cool! I have the same number of socks...I am a sock person for sure!
